I work with people who are doing important work and feeling the weight of it.

Founders, leaders, creatives, and organisers who care deeply about what they’re building, but find themselves stretched, unclear, or carrying more responsibility than their systems, language, or structure can hold.

My work is about clarity.

Not the kind that comes from quick answers or surface-level positioning, but the kind that comes from slowing down long enough to understand what’s really happening, and then finding language, direction, and structure that feel honest and sustainable.

I don’t offer formulas or hype.
I offer thinking space, reflection, and strategic support for moments that matter.

My Story

For much of my life, I’ve worked at the intersection of culture, community, and business.

I’ve built organisations, led projects, written and performed work, and navigated spaces where values, visibility, and responsibility collide. Through Indespoke and Black Pounds, I’ve seen first-hand how easily meaningful work can become distorted as it grows, not through bad intentions, but through pressure, pace, and a lack of space to think.

What I noticed, again and again, was this:
People didn’t struggle because they lacked talent or commitment.

They struggled because they lost clarity.

They lost language for what they were doing and why.
They felt pulled in too many directions.
They carried expectations that no longer fit the work they were trying to do.

I’ve lived that tension myself.

There was a point where I realised that my most valuable contribution wasn’t just in creating things, it was in helping people make sense of what they were already carrying. Helping them articulate work they cared about. Helping them see patterns. Helping them decide what to protect, what to change, and what to let go of.

That’s when my practice shifted.

Today, I work as a thinking partner, offering clarity, positioning support, and strategic reflection for people navigating growth, transition, or visibility. Sometimes that’s through a single, focused conversation. Sometimes it’s through an ongoing partnership. Always, it’s grounded in integrity and respect for the work itself.

I believe clarity is not a luxury.
It’s the foundation of sustainable work.

And I believe that important work deserves to be articulated, owned, and supported, without losing its soul.
